Course Objectives

  • To familiarize students with the daily Sunnahs (practices of the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him) and Masnoon Duas (prescribed supplications).
  • To instill a love for the Sunnah and integrate these practices into everyday life.
  • To enhance spiritual well-being and connection to Allah through the regular recitation of Duas.

  • Introduction to Masnoon Duas: Importance and benefits of reciting Duas prescribed by the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).
  • Purpose of Life: Preparing THREE questions of the grave
  • Before Sleeping: Proper etiquette and practices before sleep.
  • After you wake-up: Proper etiquette and practices after we wake-up
  • Practice Sessions: Recitation and memorization of Duas.
  • Sunnahs of Eating and Drinking: Proper etiquette and practices.
  • Duas Before and After Eating: Memorization and understanding of relevant Duas.
  • Miswak: How to hold and use it
  • Interactive Sessions: Practical application.
  • Sunnahs Related to Washroom: Proper etiquette and practices of Washroom.
  • Sunnahs of Hygiene: Proper etiquette of cutting nails
  • Farz of Taking Shower: Proper etiquette of taking shower (Ghusl)
  • Sunnahs of Wudu: Proper etiquette of doing Wuzu (Ablution)
  • Duas for Personal Hygiene: Duas for actions such as entering/exiting the bathroom.
  • Practice Sessions: Role-playing to reinforce learning.
  • Sunnahs of Leaving and Entering: Proper etiquette and practices.
  • Duas for Leaving and Entering: Memorization and understanding.
