Why Us

At Noor-ut-Taqwa, we provide comprehensive Islamic education rooted in traditional teachings and contemporary relevance. Our mission is to nurture knowledgeable, ethical, and confident Muslims who contribute positively to society.

The best among you (Muslims) are those who learn the Qur'an and teach it. (Hadith)

Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh,

I am privileged to serve Muslim Community as a Islamic Studies teacher dedicated to educate children and youth. My belief about Qur’anic Studies lies in the light of the saying of our beloved Prophet Muhammad (may peace be upon him):  خَيْرُكُمْ مَنْ تَعَلَّمَ الْقُرْآنَ وَعَلَّمَهُ  “The best among you (Muslims) are those who learn the Qur’an and teach it.” I am passionate in learning and teaching Islam, nurturing a love for Islam among the young generation, addressing their doubts and questions and providing them with the knowledge and understanding in becoming Practicing Muslims.

After having my degree in BSc Hons. Applied Accounting (Oxford Brookes University, UK), followed by graduating Bachelors and Masters in Law, I am, at present, “Dars-e-Nizami Scholar-In-Training” from one of the renowned Sheikhs in Pakistan, Sheikh Mufti Muhammad Asif Noumani. I am also serving voluntarily as Imam in a local Masjid in Sterling VA and holding Ijazah in Adhan and Iqamah (awarded by Sheikh Adel Rayhan, Jordan).

I bring a unique blend of legal expertise and deep knowledge of Islamic jurisprudence to my teaching of the Qur’an, the life of Prophet Muhammad (may peace be upon him), Aqeedah, Islamic morals and values, and the fundamentals of worship. I believe Allah has equipped me with critical thinking, analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of legal principles, which I seamlessly integrate into our Islamic studies curriculum at Noor-ut-Taqwa.

I personally ensure that each of our students receive:

  • Leadership development
  • Holistic education for a balanced life
  • Tailored learning
  • Character building
  • Personalized attention
  • Daily score-card for practices & habits of ibadaat
  • Critical thinking & problem solving skills
  • Thirst to learn more

We accomplish this through ‘Strong Parent-Teacher Partnership’.

It is our sincere hope that, with the blessings of Allah Almighty, we can help our young Muslims grow into confident and well-informed individuals who embody the principles of Islam in their daily lives.

Jazakum Allahu Khairan,

Muhammad Fahad Saleem, Founder
